At Saify Machinery, we understand that customers may need to cancel an order. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

1. Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
2. To cancel an order, please contact our customer support immediately with your Order ID.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

1. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. If eligible, you may request a return after receiving the product as per our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

1. If your order is cancelled before dispatch, the full amount paid will be refunded.
2. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.

4. Seller's Right to Cancel

Saify Machinery reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

1. Product unavailability
2. Pricing or technical errors
3. Payment verification failure
4. Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, the customer will be informed and a full refund will be processed (if payment has already been made).
