1. Return Eligibility

1. Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered.
2. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and invoices.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

2. Products damaged due to improper handling or installation
3. Custom-made or special-order products

3. Refund Process

1. After we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.
2. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

4. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged or defective product, we will provide a replacement after verification.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
